Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST Monday–Friday are dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST, on weekends, or on the following federal holidays ship the next business day:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Orders are processed in the sequence received. During high-volume periods (spring boating season, holiday weeks), processing may extend by up to 4 hours beyond the standard cutoff. If your order is time-sensitive, call us at (440) 555-0190 before placing it.
All orders ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. We do not ship via USPS or FedEx as standard carriers. Available methods:

Transit times are estimates from the dispatch date and do not include the dispatch day itself. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. UPS Ground transit times vary by destination zip code — East Coast destinations typically receive orders in 2–3 business days; West Coast destinations may require 5 business days.
Free UPS Ground shipping applies to all orders meeting the following conditions:
- Merchandise subtotal of $499.00 or more after all discounts and promo codes are applied
- Shipping destination within the contiguous 48 US states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international)
- No oversized freight surcharge items in the order
Oversized / Freight Items: Certain products — including select marine generators, life rafts exceeding 70 lbs, and some watermaker systems — may incur freight surcharges regardless of order total. Any applicable surcharge is disclosed clearly at checkout before payment is collected. If you have a question about whether a specific product triggers a freight surcharge, call us before ordering.
Some orders ship from more than one distributor warehouse to meet availability or delivery speed requirements. In these cases, you will receive:
- Multiple UPS tracking numbers (one per shipment)
- All tracking numbers sent to the email on your order within 1 hour of the first shipment dispatching
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
If you receive a tracking number but only part of your order, check your email for a second tracking number before contacting us.
A UPS tracking link is emailed to the address on your order within 1 hour of dispatch. You can also track at ups.com using your tracking number directly.
If you have not received a tracking email by 5:00pm EST on your expected ship date, contact us at (440) 555-0190 or support@meridianrig.com. Do not contact UPS directly until we have investigated — most tracking email delays are caused by email filtering or a typo in the email address at checkout.
Inspect all packages upon delivery before signing with the UPS driver. If a package shows visible external damage (crushed corners, punctures, water stains, broken seals):
- Note the damage on the UPS delivery receipt before signing
- Take photographs of the outer packaging and inner product damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (440) 555-0190 or support@meridianrig.com
We will file the UPS damage claim and arrange replacement at no cost to you. Claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be guaranteed but we will make every effort to assist.
If your UPS tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Allow 24 hours — UPS occasionally marks packages delivered before the final delivery scan
- If still not found after 24 hours, contact us at (440) 555-0190
We will open a UPS trace investigation. Resolution typically takes 3–5 business days. In most cases we will reship your order immediately while the investigation proceeds, at no additional cost.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs (UPS ground rate) will be charged to your original payment method. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you provided incorrectly.
Returns & Warranty Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your UPS tracking confirmation
- In new, uninstalled, unmodified condition — no signs of installation, mounting, wiring, or use
- In original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, cables, mounting hardware, documentation, and warranty registration cards included
- Item is not on the non-returnable list below (Section 2.3)
- Accompanied by your MeridianRig order number
Partial returns (returning some but not all items from a bundle or kit) are accepted. Contact us to discuss partial return logistics before shipping anything back.
Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed and may be refused at our distributor.
To initiate a return:
- Email support@meridianrig.com or call (440) 555-0190 with your order number and reason for return
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
- We will email you a prepaid UPS return label if the return qualifies for free return shipping (see Section 2.4)
- Package the item in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and drop it at any UPS location
- Email us the tracking number once dropped off
Once received at our distributor, inspection takes 2–3 business days. A full refund is issued to your original payment method upon inspection completion. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or payment processor.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened transducers — once the packaging seal is broken, transducers cannot be returned due to the risk of water exposure or installation attempts
- Chart cards and software subscriptions — Navionics+, BlueChart g3, C-MAP, and similar — once opened, these cannot be resold
- Life rafts that have been deployed — for obvious safety reasons
- Life rafts removed from their container or valise for inspection — even undeployed, an opened life raft container constitutes use in the eyes of the manufacturer
- Special-order items — products ordered specifically for a customer that are not part of our standard catalog
- Items with physical damage caused by the buyer — cracked housings, bent connector pins, water damage beyond rated waterproofing specs, or evidence of unauthorized modification
- Items returned without an RMA number
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, call us before opening the packaging.
Free return shipping (prepaid UPS label provided) when:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective out of the box
- The item has a confirmed manufacturer defect within the first 30 days
Buyer pays return shipping when:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong model or variant
- You found a better price elsewhere
- The item does not fit your application (if ordered without calling us first)
We strongly encourage calling us before placing any order over $500. Our pre-sale consultation service is specifically designed to prevent "wrong item" returns — and it's free.
Every product sold by MeridianRig ships new, in original manufacturer packaging, with the manufacturer's full warranty. As an authorized dealer, we can service warranty claims through the manufacturer on your behalf.

Do not contact the manufacturer directly. As an authorized dealer, we have direct warranty channels that resolve claims faster than consumer-facing manufacturer support lines. We will:
- Diagnose the issue over the phone or email
- Open the warranty case with the manufacturer on your behalf
- Arrange return shipping of the defective unit (prepaid label provided for valid warranty claims)
- Coordinate replacement or repair and confirm shipment back to you
This service is free for all MeridianRig customers for the lifetime of their product warranty.
To process a warranty claim, we need:
- Your MeridianRig order number (serves as proof of purchase date)
- Description of the defect or failure
- Photos or video of the issue (email to support@meridianrig.com before calling if possible)
- Confirmation that the unit has not been modified, physically damaged, or installed in a non-standard manner
Warranty claims for products purchased from MeridianRig but transferred to a new owner may be honored at the manufacturer's discretion. Contact us with the original order number and new owner information.
Installation constitutes acceptance. Once any product has been installed, mounted, wired, or otherwise physically integrated into a vessel or electrical system, it is considered used and accepted, and is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances except valid manufacturer warranty claims.
No liability for installation damage. MeridianRig is not liable for any damage to vessels, equipment, electrical systems, hull structure, wiring, or other property caused by or arising from the installation of any product, whether the installation was performed by the buyer, a third-party installer, marine technician, or contractor — including installations performed in accordance with, or in deviation from, the manufacturer's installation instructions, or based on guidance received from MeridianRig staff.
Installer liability. Any claim for installation-related damage must be directed to the party who performed the installation and/or their applicable professional liability insurance.
Your responsibility before installing. Before installing any product, you are responsible for reading the complete manufacturer installation manual, verifying electrical compatibility, confirming mounting suitability, consulting a qualified marine electrician when uncertain, and calling us at (440) 555-0190 with compatibility questions before beginning installation — not after.
MeridianRig offers pre-installation compatibility consultation as a free courtesy service. Calling us before installation is strongly encouraged and significantly reduces the risk of installation errors.
Pricing & Availability Policy
We make every effort to ensure prices displayed on meridianrig.com are accurate and current. Our distributor feeds update pricing periodically, and there may occasionally be a lag between a manufacturer price change and our site updating.
If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order:
- Underpriced: We will honor the displayed price unless the error is clearly typographical (e.g., a $3,000 chartplotter listed at $30). In cases of obvious typo errors, we will contact you before processing and offer the correct price or a full cancellation.
- Overpriced: We will automatically refund the difference to your original payment method within 2 business days of discovery.
We offer price matching on identical items (same brand, model, SKU, and condition) sold by authorized US dealers with the item currently in stock. We do not price match:
- Amazon third-party marketplace sellers
- eBay listings
- Gray market or unauthorized sellers
- Prices that include expired promotions or advertised errors
- International retailers or Canadian prices
To request a price match, contact us at (440) 555-0190 or support@meridianrig.com with a link to the competing offer before placing your order. Price matches are applied as a discount code at checkout — we do not retroactively price match after an order is placed.
Promotional prices and coupon codes are valid for the dates and conditions specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise:
- One promo code per order
- Promo codes cannot be combined with price match discounts
- Promotions apply to in-stock items only; backordered items do not qualify
- MeridianRig reserves the right to end any promotion at any time without notice
If a promotional item sells out during a sale, we will honor the promotional price for orders placed during the sale period that we are able to fulfill from distributor inventory within 5 business days.
Product availability on meridianrig.com reflects real-time inventory from our distributor feeds, which update every 30 minutes. "In Stock" indicates the product is confirmed available in our distributor's warehouse as of the last feed update.
Availability can change between your order placement and our distributor processing the order. If a product shows as in stock but becomes unavailable before dispatch:
- We will notify you within 1 business day
- We will offer: (a) wait for restock with an estimated timeline, (b) substitute with a comparable product at the same or lower price, or (c) full refund
- No charge is made to your payment method until the item is confirmed available and dispatched
We do not automatically place items on backorder without customer consent. If you specifically request a backorder for an out-of-stock item:
- No payment is collected until the item ships
- We will provide an estimated restock date (subject to manufacturer supply)
- You may cancel a backorder at any time before it ships with no penalty
- Backorder pricing is locked at the time of the backorder request
Many brands we carry enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. MeridianRig is committed to MAP compliance on all brands that require it. If you see a price on our site that appears higher than a competitor's advertised price, there may be a MAP restriction preventing us from displaying a lower price publicly — contact us to discuss what we can offer.
Privacy Policy
Information you provide directly:
- Order information: Name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and payment information when you place an order or request a quote
- Account information: Email and password if you create a MeridianRig account
- Communications: Content of emails, contact form submissions, phone conversations (not recorded), and live chat transcripts when you contact us
- Marketing preferences: Whether you opt in to email newsletters or SMS notifications
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, and time zone
- Site usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, search queries on our site, and products viewed or added to cart
- Transaction data: Purchase history, abandoned carts, and quote requests
- Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies (required for cart functionality), preference cookies (optional), and analytics cookies (optional, used with Google Analytics)
Information from third parties:
- Payment processors: We receive a transaction confirmation and last-4-digit card reference from Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Shop Pay — never full card numbers
- Shipping carriers: UPS provides delivery confirmation data linked to your order
- Google: If you arrived at our site via a Google Ad, we receive anonymized conversion data
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Order fulfillment: Processing payments, transmitting your shipping address to our fulfillment distributors (Win-Tron Electronics, CED Marine), and communicating order status
- Customer support: Responding to questions, processing returns, handling warranty claims, and resolving disputes
- Transactional communications: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, return updates, and warranty claim status (these are required communications — you cannot opt out while you have an active order)
- Marketing communications: Email newsletters, product announcements, and promotions — only if you have opted in. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing privacy@meridianrig.com
- Analytics and improvement: Understanding how customers use our site to improve navigation, product pages, and purchasing flows
- Google Ads optimization: Measuring which ads lead to purchases (anonymized conversion data only)
- Fraud prevention: Verifying orders, detecting unauthorized transactions, and protecting against chargebacks
- Legal compliance: Maintaining required records for tax, accounting, and legal obligations
We use cookies to operate and improve meridianrig.com. Cookie types:
Strictly necessary cookies (cannot be disabled):
- Shopping cart session cookie — maintains your cart contents
- Authentication cookie — keeps you logged in if you have an account
- Shopify fraud prevention cookie — required for payment security
Functional cookies (optional, enabled by default):
- Preference cookies — remembers your currency, language, and notification preferences
Analytics cookies (optional, disabled until consent):
- Google Analytics — anonymized traffic analysis

You may manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break cart functionality. Disabling functional cookies will reset your preferences on each visit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share your information only with:
- Shopify Inc. — our eCommerce platform provider (shopify.com/legal/privacy)
- UPS — name, shipping address, and phone number for order delivery and tracking
- Win-Tron Electronics and CED Marine — name and shipping address only, for order fulfillment
- Shopify Payments / PayPal / Shop Pay — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)
- Google LLC — anonymized analytics and conversion data with IP anonymization enabled
- Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety
We retain personal data for the following periods:
- Order records: 7 years from the order date (tax and accounting compliance)
- Account data: Until you request deletion, plus 1 year after account closure for fraud prevention
- Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent, plus 3 years
- Support correspondence: 3 years from the date of the last communication in a thread
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default), then automatically purged
After retention periods expire, data is permanently deleted from our systems and from our Shopify account.
All US residents: Right to know, correct, opt out of marketing, and request deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know categories and specific pieces of information collected, categories of third parties disclosed, opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information), non-discrimination, limit use of sensitive personal information, and correct inaccurate information.
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state privacy law residents: You have similar rights under your applicable state law. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
To exercise any privacy right: Email privacy@meridianrig.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, and include your name and the email address used on your order or account. We will respond within 30 days.
We implement TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Payment card data is processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors — we never store card numbers on our servers. Access to customer data is restricted to MeridianRig personnel on a need-to-know basis. Our eCommerce platform (Shopify) undergoes regular independent security audits.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable state breach notification laws.
MeridianRig does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at privacy@meridianrig.com and we will delete the information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this section will be updated accordingly. We will provide more prominent notice for material changes that affect your rights. Continued use of meridianrig.com after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.
MeridianRig does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to DNT signals from browsers. We treat all visitors consistently regardless of whether a DNT signal is present.
If an industry standard for DNT response is established, or if applicable law requires a specific response to DNT signals, we will update this policy accordingly and notify users of material changes as described in Section 4.9.
To limit data collection, you may:
- Opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Opt out of Google Ads personalization at adssettings.google.com
- Manage cookies through your browser settings (see Section 4.3)
- Contact us at privacy@meridianrig.com to request that your personal data not be used for marketing purposes
Terms of Service
MeridianRig Marine Supply Co. is a registered business entity operating as an authorized reseller of marine electronics and power systems. We operate exclusively online at meridianrig.com. All references to "MeridianRig," "we," "us," or "our" refer to MeridianRig Marine Supply Co.
Our mailing and legal address is located in Chardon, Ohio. For all business correspondence, use the contact information in Section 5.18 below.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on meridianrig.com. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
All products listed on meridianrig.com are:
- New — unused and in original manufacturer packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing
- Genuine — sourced through authorized marine distributors; no gray market, counterfeit, or unauthorized product
- Accurately described — we rely on manufacturer-provided specifications; minor variations in appearance from product photography may occur
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product sold per customer or per household. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders based on incorrect product information, subject to notifying you and offering a full refund.
MeridianRig is an authorized reseller of products designed, manufactured, tested, and certified by independent third-party manufacturers. MeridianRig does not design, engineer, manufacture, test, certify, or quality-inspect any product sold on this site. All product performance claims, specifications, safety ratings, waterproofing ratings, and certifications originate with and are the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer.
All product warranties are obligations of the respective manufacturer, not of MeridianRig. MeridianRig's role is limited to: (a) facilitating authorized product sales; and (b) as a courtesy service, assisting customers with manufacturer warranty claims. MeridianRig's involvement in warranty claim assistance does not create any warranty obligation on the part of MeridianRig beyond what is expressly stated in the manufacturer's written warranty.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time you complete your order is the price you pay, except in cases of verified pricing errors (see Section 5.3).
Price changes between adding an item to your cart and completing checkout do not apply retroactively if you completed checkout before the price changed. However, if your cart session expires and you re-open it after a price change, the updated price applies.
Placing an order on meridianrig.com constitutes an offer to purchase at the stated price and terms. An order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, order quantity limits, or failure to verify identity for high-value orders.
If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (credit and debit), PayPal, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (financing through Affirm, subject to credit approval), and Apple Pay (where supported).
For orders over $5,000, we may contact you to verify the order before processing. For fleet and commercial orders with net payment terms, contact us at (440) 555-0190 to discuss arrangements.
By providing a payment method, you authorize MeridianRig to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
MeridianRig collects sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio, as required by Ohio Revised Code. Orders shipped to all other states are currently not subject to sales tax collection by MeridianRig.
Note: your state of residence may require you to self-report and remit use tax on out-of-state purchases. Consult a qualified tax advisor.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (Section 01 of this document), which is incorporated herein by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (UPS) at our distributor's shipping facility. Any damage or loss claims must be processed through us in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Returns and warranties are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy (Section 02 of this document), incorporated herein by reference.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeridianRig disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the buyer as described in Section 02 and are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms and conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: MeridianRig's total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase or use of our website shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
MeridianRig is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; vessel damage, personal injury, or property damage resulting from product use or failure; loss of use of a vessel or equipment; or damages arising from reliance on product descriptions, specifications, or compatibility information provided on our site.
All marine electronics and power systems are sold for use by qualified marine operators following manufacturer installation and operating guidelines.
All content on meridianrig.com is the property of MeridianRig Marine Supply Co. or its licensed content providers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks: Brand names, product names, model numbers, and logos appearing on this site (including Garmin®, Simrad®, Raymarine®, Furuno®, Humminbird®, Lowrance®, Battle Born®, Victron Energy®, RELiON®, Revere®, Icom®, and all others) are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.
By using meridianrig.com, you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access; use automated tools without written permission; introduce harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; post false reviews; or engage in conduct that interferes with site operation. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Geauga County, Ohio. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
Waiver of Class Action: To the extent permitted by law, any dispute must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MeridianRig.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeridianRig Marine Supply Co. and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of meridianrig.com; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any product you use in a manner inconsistent with its manufacturer's guidelines.
MeridianRig reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent site banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the site and may request deletion of your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Warranty Policy (all contained within this document), constitute the entire agreement between you and MeridianRig concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Any product recommendations, compatibility guidance, installation suggestions, or technical information provided by MeridianRig — whether on this website, by phone, by email, in live chat, or by any other means — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional marine engineering, naval architecture, electrical engineering, or marine safety advice.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying product appropriateness for their vessel and application; ensuring installations comply with ABYC standards and USCG regulations; engaging qualified marine technicians when needed; and confirming compatibility with existing vessel systems.
MeridianRig's product specialists are knowledgeable resellers, not licensed marine engineers. Any consultation provided is a courtesy service and not a substitute for professional advice. MeridianRig expressly disclaims all liability arising from your reliance on any product recommendation, compatibility statement, or technical guidance provided by our staff.
Life rafts, EPIRBs, PLBs, personal flotation devices, flares, fire extinguishers, harnesses, tethers, and all other products intended for use in maritime emergency situations ("Safety Products") are sold by MeridianRig strictly in their original manufacturer condition as received from authorized distributors.
MeridianRig makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation — express or implied — regarding the performance of any Safety Product in any emergency situation. All Safety Products are subject solely to the manufacturer's own warranty and performance specifications.
Buyers of Safety Products are solely responsible for registering EPIRBs and PLBs with NOAA; verifying USCG carriage requirements; ensuring life rafts are serviced at manufacturer-specified intervals; inspecting equipment prior to each voyage; and ensuring crew training in proper deployment and use.
MeridianRig expressly disclaims all liability for the failure, malfunction, or non-performance of any Safety Product in any emergency or non-emergency situation.
MeridianRig shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform any obligation where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, port closures, carrier disruptions, product recalls, cybersecurity incidents, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
In the event of a force majeure event affecting an order:
- We will notify you within 2 business days of becoming aware of the impact on your order
- We will provide an updated estimated fulfillment timeline where possible
- If we cannot fulfill your order within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund with no penalty
- We will not charge your payment method for any order that remains unshipped due to a force majeure event beyond 30 days without your explicit consent to continue waiting
Force majeure events do not relieve you of your obligation to pay for orders already shipped and in transit.
These Terms of Service and all product warranties may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized officer of MeridianRig Marine Supply Co. No statement made by any MeridianRig employee, contractor, or agent — whether by telephone, email, text message, live chat, social media, or any other means — shall modify, expand, limit, or supersede these Terms or create any warranty beyond those expressly stated in the manufacturer's written warranty and these Terms.
Specific statements our staff may make that do not constitute warranties include statements that a product "should work" or "will likely be compatible," popularity comparisons, product recommendations, and estimated delivery dates.
If you believe you have received a specific written commitment from MeridianRig that differs from these Terms, contact legal@meridianrig.com with the written record before placing your order.
Accessibility Policy
We believe that all boaters — regardless of ability — deserve equal access to information about marine electronics and power systems. We are committed to making our website as accessible as possible and to continuously improving the user experience for everyone.
Our accessibility efforts include:

- Ensuring sufficient color contrast throughout the site
